- Squat 315 lbs. 10 times in a row
- Complete 10 unassisted wide grip pull ups in a row
- Dead lift 315 lbs. 10 times in a row
- Compete in a Jujitsu competition

- Read six books I have not read before
- Make two new friends outside of work
- Complete a painting
- Keep in contact with friends and family

- Complete all my goals as outlined by my boss in my review on time
- Get a raise

- Consume 2000 calories or less a day for 6 days a week
