2009 New Year’s Resolutions

I wrote these down a few weeks ago in preparation for the new year.

Physical
1. Bench Press 225 lbs. 10 times in a row
2. Squat 315 lbs. 10 times in a row
3. Complete 10 unassisted wide grip pull ups in a row
4. Dead lift 315 lbs. 10 times in a row
6. Compete in a Jujitsu competition

Knowledge, Creativity, and Mentality
1. Read six books I have not read before
2. Make two new friends outside of work
3. Complete a painting
4. Keep in contact with friends and family

Work
1. Complete all my goals as outlined by my boss in my review on time
2. Get a raise

Nutritional
1. Quit chewing tobacco
2. Track and write down my daily food intake
3. Consume 2000 calories or less a day for 6 days a week
4. Cook a new recipe once a month
5. Eat out less than two times a week
