All of my music is in digital format these days. I am tired of burning discs so I can listen to them in my truck. Not to mention audio books usually don't all fit on one CD.
Thursday I took all my CDs out of my truck and filed them in the closet with the other crap I don't use. I bought a new stereo and installed it.
I got the Sony Xplod CDX-GT630UI which has the convenient feature of a from side USB port. I just plug my USB thumb drive into my PC, load it until it bursts with audio files and plug the little Betty in the head unit. Shazzam! No more skipping when flying over railroad tracks. No more scratched discs. No more discs flying out of the visor holder. Simplicity is wonderful.
